The Victorian
Room 30: Deluxe, King bed
On the first floor of The Victorian with windows facing Carver Street and the Courtyard, this room is where, it is said, President Taft stayed when he dedicated the Pilgrim Monument in 1910. Reached via an interior doorway, the room duplicates the floor plan of Room 36, having a gas fireplace and a sitting area. In the bathroom are an oversize whirlpool tub—big enough for two—and a 3x6' tiled shower with controls at both ends.
