Reservations Agreement

Reservations up to one year in advance
Maximum two people per room (except certain rooms with advance notice)
Age 18 and up
Minimum stays required for weekends, holidays, special events & summer
(Memorial Day to Labor Day) Cancellations or shortened stays will require at least 21 days notice prior to the arrival date in order to avoid full forfeiture of your deposit. At all other times we require 7 days notice in order to avoid forfeiture of your deposit. As is common in resort locations, there are no refunds for shortened stays. A cancellation fee of $75.00 will be assessed for all cancellations. All cancellation fees are subject to tax in the state of MA.

We love well behaved dogs! We have two pet rooms at the hotel, Cottage 111 & 112. One dog is allowed with no weight limit or size limit. Please call to inquire. Sorry no cats. There are also excellent boarding kennels in the area we can recommend.
