The Brass Key is open full time April through December and most major winter holidays.   Our telephones and reservation requests are answered year round.

Rates are subject to change without notice and exclude applicable taxes. Weekend rates apply Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights; a minimum stay may be required. Holidays and special events may have higher rates and/or minimum stay requirements.

Deposit Terms: The deposit required to confirm your reservation is equal to 1/2 of the total stay (minimum one day). 

Cancellations or shortened stays in high season  (Memorial Day to Labor Day) will require at least 21 days notice prior to the arrival date in order to avoid full forfeiture of your deposit. At all other times we require 7 days notice. As is common in resort locations, there are no refunds for shortened stays or later arrivals.  A cancellation fee of $75.00 will be assessed for all cancellations.  All cancellation fees are subject to tax in the state of MA.   

Payment: We accept Discover, MasterCard, VISA and cash. We do not accept American Express.  Checks are accepted for deposit only in advance.

All guestrooms and interior public areas are non-smoking; however, many guestrooms open directly to private decks or balconies or to the poolside courtyard where smoking is permitted.

Regrettably, we do not accept children under the age of 18.

We now accept dogs in cottages 111 and 112 only with advanced notice. This is a stand alone cottage. One dog is allowed with no weight limit or size limit and the cottage has its own deck. We ask all guests to sign a waiver at check-in stating that the guest is responsible for any damage caused by the animal. We also ask for the guest's cell-phone number in the event they are out and the animal is causing a disturbance. We will email you a copy of our pet contract. 

$30.00 non refundable per day, per pet service fee for my pet.

Please note: Reservations are accepted up to one year in advance. With a very dedicated clientele, The Brass Key's guestrooms are often solidly booked very early - particularly for summer and holiday periods. Please book accordingly or have a flexible selection of alternative guestrooms under consideration to avoid disappointment.
