For those of you looking for a winter get-a-way we have rooms with fireplaces and whirlpool tubs for two. There is still plenty to do during the winter months with some of your favorite restaurants and shops open for your enjoyment. Of course walks on the beaches and dunes are a favorite wintertime activity. Birds & animals are abundant in the dunes, with seals basking in the sun on Herring Cove beach.

Value tip: If you are flying into Boston's Logan Airport and then renting a car to Provincetown also check the airfares and schedules into T.F. Green Airport in Providence, Rhode Island. With Southwest Airlines offering non-stop and connecting flights to many U.S. cities, many Providence fares (both on Southwest and competing airlines) have dropped considerably. Driving time to Provincetown is exactly the same as from Boston and you might save hundreds of dollars while avoiding "The Big Dig" harbor tunnel construction project. (Note: If you wish to connect directly by air to Provincetown, Boston remains your only choice.)
