Built in the Shingle Style with ironwork railings, The Carriage House is the newest building and replaces a dilapidated barn on the interior of the property. Furnishings in the six guest rooms are Cottage style—painted and stenciled woods and wicker—and the rooms feature original artwork and wallpapers by Brunschwig & Fils, Cowtan & Tout, and Schumacher. First-floor rooms have French doors that open directly to the pool. Access to second-floor rooms is from the interior, and French doors open to “Juliet” balconies overlooking the pool. Room 120 is a superior king-bedded room and is fully handicap-accessible. Room 125 on the second floor is also a superior king bedded room. Room 121, Room 122, Room 123 and Room 124 are all superior queen-bedded rooms.
